A complete SaaS workspace for creative teams, YouTubers and studios, built end to end for a client under a confidentiality agreement. Boards, client review, team chat, cloud storage, an AI assistant, invoicing and subscriptions run on a custom WordPress platform I designed, developed and handed over production-ready.

- Designed and built the full product: marketing site, pricing, account area and the workspace app on a custom WordPress theme and framework
- Developed Kanban project boards with custom columns, labels, checklists, assignees, priorities and due dates
- Built free guest access so clients and freelancers can comment, review and approve work without using paid seats
- Implemented version-based review: multiple cuts per card, passwordless review links, timestamped comments and side-by-side comparison
- Built real-time team chat with channels, direct messages and search
- Developed cloud storage with folders, favourites, trash recovery, large uploads and file previews attached to cards
- Added a content calendar with Google Calendar sync and an Apple / Outlook calendar feed
- Integrated an AI assistant that summarises boards, drafts scripts and briefs, and creates cards and checklists
- Built branded PDF invoicing, an income and expense ledger with CSV export, and freelancer payouts through the owner's PayPal business account
- Connected analytics: workload, editing sessions and social channel stats from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X
- Shipped an MCP server so Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can read project status and update boards
- Set up subscription plans with a 14-day trial, monthly and annual billing via WooCommerce and a crypto payment gateway
- Handed over a fully editable, production-ready system to the client

- Delivered to the client and live in production as a commercial SaaS product with paid plans, serving creative teams, agencies and creators.
