MigrateArmenia
Client project for a Yerevan-based immigration and business-setup firm. I designed and built their English website end to end: a custom theme that presents company registration, residency, banking and relocation services to international clients, plus the in-house plugins the team uses every day.

Overview
A Yerevan-based immigration and business-setup firm asked me to rebuild their online presence from the ground up. They help foreigners register companies, get residence permits, open bank accounts and relocate to Armenia — and their website wasn’t doing that work justice. I worked with them directly as their sole developer, from the first conversation to launch.
The problem
Relocating to another country is stressful, and the process is genuinely complicated: paperwork, government platforms, biometric appointments, banks, housing. The old site was generic. It didn’t explain the process, didn’t build trust with international clients, and didn’t turn visitors into enquiries. The team also handled listings and reviews by hand, outside the site.
My approach
I started with the client’s real sales conversations: what people ask first, what worries them, and what makes them pick up the phone. The site was structured around those answers — plain-language explanations, a clear step-by-step journey and transparent packages, with a free-consultation call to action never more than one scroll away. Every section was built to be edited by the client’s team, so the content could evolve without me.
What I built
– A custom, lightweight WordPress theme designed for international, English-speaking clients
– Service pages for company registration, residence permits, bank accounts and relocation support
– A 10-step journey that walks visitors from sign-up to residence card
– A package comparison table and a sticky free-consultation button
– A lead-capture flow: validated contact form with topic routing and consent, plus WhatsApp, phone and email shortcuts
– A news and guides section the client’s team publishes to themselves
– A business directory plugin with galleries, video embeds and AJAX star ratings
– A rental listings plugin with its own database table, scheduled imports and translation fallback
– Separate review plugins for the client’s Persian- and English-speaking audiences
Under the hood
Built on a custom WordPress theme and purpose-built plugins, with technical SEO (metadata, Open Graph and Twitter cards), responsive layouts and accessibility basics such as skip links. Listings and directory data run on scheduled WP-Cron jobs, and everything is managed from the WordPress dashboard.
The result
Delivered and live in production. The client now runs their marketing, lead intake and internal tools from one site, and their team updates services, guides and listings on their own.
